To complete this assembly, you will need to following items:

• Grnwave Workshop Teensy Vocalizer Board: link

• Teensy 4.1 — TEENSY41_NE or TEENSY41

• Teensy Audio Adapter — Rev D

• Micro SD Card — V30 or faster required for WAV playback

• USB Micro B data cable

• 5V Power Supply

• Standard Male headers: e.g.

• 2 - 24pin ones for the teensy module

• Misc (5 pin, 3 pin and single pin) for audio board Line-out connections.

• Stacking Female Header connections. e.g. Samtec SSQ-124-03-G-S (https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/samtec-inc/SSQ-124-03-G-S/1111537)

  • Two 24 pin stacking headers are needed so the Teensy can be mounted on top of the Audio Adapter board. These can be one single 24 pin or made of smaller ones.

  Example: Stacking headers are just female headers with longer pins so they reach through multiple boards.

• Shunt Jumper for selecting the I/O voltage.

• Terminal Block Connectors. For main 5V power supply connection.
